==Update 1.7 Summary== 

1. Concluding Chapter 3 You heard it here, Chapter 3 concludes with this update! It's been a long road since obtaining your first merit, but we'll be wrapping up Chapter 3 and preparing for 1 more major story patch in the future. 

2. More World Building This patch includes a few new areas that have been teased throughout development. You can expect to explore the Maze of Shakhrami, The Horutoto Ruins, and Toraimarai Canal. You may also find yourself in some terrifying places like Behemoth's Dominion and Dragon's Aery 😮 

3. Glamorous Some jobs, most notably the Dragoon have received a makeover in their appearance. Alongside them, Blue Mage, Dark Knight, and Ninja have also received visual updates. No more goofy masks and dark eye-liner for those guys and gals. 

4. New Merits! Keeping with tradition, this story patch will include new Merit Abilities for each Job. Each addition adds complexity to the loadouts already available. I look forward to seeing how you will use them and which are your favorites! 

5. Job Updates A large amount of care has been put into updating Jobs during this patch. Most notably, Melee and Hybrid Jobs. Basic Attacks will now scale a whole lot better as the game progresses allowing your melee Jobs to stand up to your back line. You can read all the details of the Job updates in the patch notes! 

6. Quests and Quests Patch 1.7 introduces a few new quests along with some updates to old ones. Look out for some new and familiar characters in Rabao, the Church in Upper Jeuno and the Armory in the Archduke's Palace! 

And that's the quick summary for you! I hope you look forward to diving back into Braver and finishing Chapter 3. Though Chapter 3 comes to a close, the story is not quite finished yet. - Double Attack Passive now grants a flat +1 attack

- No longer able to swap jugs in combat

- Favored Enemy renamed to Primal Focus and effect increased to 75%

- Pet abilities renamed with 'Pet Command: xx'

- Pet Command: Foot Kick & Power Attack no longer open skillchains and

  instead apply 'Battered' effect (Phys Dmg Taken +20%)

- Temporary fix; If a skill becomes 'greyed out', use the Gauge skill on 

  your pet to allow those skills to be used

- Double Shot II damage adjusted

- Death Nova will no longer inflict 'Envenomed' on Pets

- Light and Dark Arts now require TP to enter

- No longer able to summon an enhanced and normal Avatar at the same time

- Rolling Thunder will now remove other En-spell effects

{Thief}

- Assassin damage adjusted

- Flee duration increased

- Assassin's Charge now grants an additional attack if HP is above 90%

  instead of a chance to Triple Attack

{Warrior}

- Skill damage formula adjusted

- Brazen Rush now adds +1 attack instead of Triple Attack

- Warcry is now Instant

{White Mage}

- Front Row only Weapons will no longer target pets

- An Empty Vessel added to Rabao

- Messenger from Beyond added to Upper Jeuno Church

- Puppetmaster Blues added to Archduke's Palace Armory

- Shadow Slayer will now leave Gusgen Mines after completing his quest

  - If you have already completed the Gusgen Mines Shadow Slayer quest, speak

    with him again to initiate the next step of his quest found in Mhaura

- Fishing for Gil updated to have appropriate reward
